A viral video of Nigerian street musician Habeeb Okikiola, better known online as Portable, experiencing a street deliverance session has once again sparked social media controversy.  

The musician was seen standing among a group of prayer warriors who were frantically praying for him in the video, which was posted on his Instagram page.  

With what seemed to be a dramatic spiritual cleansing or deliverance ceremony, one of the guys was shown dousing Portable with water.  

As anticipated, the video went viral very fast and provoked a flurry of sardonic and doubtful responses from online users, many of whom questioned the singer's motivations and mental health.

Instagram user @jonezing_gram commented, “E remain Mountain of Fire wey go deliver Portable cos na every church don deliver the werey tire.”

Another user, @jadon_sugar01, wrote, “No church wey never deliver Portable,” while @ce.oiamtheking asked, “E run mad ni?”
