In a civil ceremony held in Portugal, Cristiano Ronaldo wed Georgina Rodriguez, his long-time partner.

The couple, who met in Madrid and have been dating since 2016, shared a photo of their rings on Instagram.

Just four days before his team, Al Nassr, began their 2026–27 Saudi Pro League season, Ronaldo, 41, got married.

Their five children were present at the wedding, which took place in Cascais, a seaside resort town roughly 20 miles west of Lisbon, the Portuguese capital.

Throughout his career, Ronaldo has scored close to 1,000 goals while representing Sporting, Manchester United, Real Madrid, Juventus, Al Nassr, and Portugal.

He recently participated in his sixth World Cup, tying Lionel Messi of Argentina for the most appearances in the men's finals.

Ronaldo acknowledged earlier this summer that he had participated in his final World Cup match, but he also stated that he would not make any "rash decisions" over whether or not he had played his last match for Portugal.
