The Premium Motor Spirit (petrol) gantry price at Dangote Refinery has been lowered by N49 per litre.  Even though the market is still experiencing price swings due to worldwide oil trends, the refinery presently offers gasoline for N828 per litre, a 5.6% decrease from N877.  

The pricing revision went into effect on Friday, according to the most recent price data from Petroleumprice.ng. 

This is the refinery's second significant change in three months as it reacts to market realities and attempts to stabilize domestic supply.

“Dangote has reduced gantry price from N877 per litre to N828 per litre,” a marketer confirmed to our correspondent on Friday.

The action also coincides with growing operating expenses and narrowing fuel margins, which have kept pump prices high in a number of states.  

The Major Energies Marketers Association of Nigeria announced the price cut in its daily energy report.
