Eleven alleged online scammers have been taken into custody by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission's (EFCC) Kaduna Zonal Directorate operations.  

This was said in a statement released in Abuja on Wednesday by EFCC Spokesperson Dele Oyewale.  

He claims that when reliable information connected them to fraudulent online activity, they were taken into custody in the state capital's Mahuta and Barnawa neighbourhoods.

“Items recovered from them include a black-coloured Mercedes Benz C300, 14 mobile phones, two laptop computers, an iPad, two mifi, one JBL speaker and one zealot speaker.

“They will be charged to court as soon as investigations are concluded,” he said. P
