After a six-day journey from Lagos, Wisdom Chisom, a biker, has reached Nvosi, the rural residence of Abia State Governor Alex Otti.  Chisom landed in Abia on Saturday after departing Lagos on Monday of last week. 

He went to the Abia Governor's residence at Nvosi, Isiala Ngwa South LGA.  Following the State's weekly Executive Council meeting on Monday, Otti was introduced to the rider, a native of Nunya, Isuikwuato LGA of Abia.

In order to express his gratitude to Governor Otti for the 11.5-kilometer Nunya-Eluama road his government is rebuilding in his community and for his other projects in Abia, the bicycle rider explained that he took the chance of traveling the lengthy journey from Lagos to Abia State.  

He admitted that riding a bicycle from Lagos to Abia State was risky due to security and general road safety concerns, but he clarified that he was willing to take the chances in order to visit the governor.

The governor of Abia State welcomed the rider into his home and stated that improving the welfare and happiness of the Abia people was his top goal.  

Otti, who urged Wisdom Chisom to continue being a decent state citizen, claimed that the State's Commissioner for Youth and Sports brought the development to his attention.
