In the parallel market, the value of the Naira dropped from N1,440 to N1,455 per dollar on Monday. 

However, in the Nigerian Foreign Exchange Market, or NFEM, the value of the naira increased to N1,349.5 per dollar. 

The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) reported that the naira's indicative exchange rate dropped from N1,354.9 to N1,349.5 on Monday, indicating a 5.4 increase in value. 

As a result, the gap between the official and parallel markets increased from N85.1 per dollar on Monday to N105.5 per dollar, the largest this year.
