Nigeria Air Force promotes 57 officers

57 senior officers have been promoted to the positions of Air Vice Marshal and Air Commodore by the Nigerian Air Force (NAF).  

According to a statement released yesterday in Abuja by Air Commodore Ehimen Ejodame, the spokesperson for the NAF, 30 officers were elevated to the rank of Air Commodore and 27 officers were promoted to the level of Air Vice Marshal.

According to the statement, the promotion cycle was an intentional attempt to strengthen the Service's intellectual and strategic core, improve operational knowledge, and reinforce high-command leadership.
