Following the passing of actress Omotola Odunsi, Nollywood is once again in grief.  Akinola Akano, also known as Segbowe, Omotola's coworker, verified her death.  

On Thursday, Segbowe shared a heartfelt homage on his Instagram page.  

Screenshots of his most recent conversation with Omotola, in which she informed him that she was feeling better after being ill, were shared.

“Motola! Strange but I tried checking on you at the wee hours of that morning.

“You said you were FINE & BACK! This is a rude shock, Omotola! Journey well, sister. God be with your family,” Segbowe wrote.
