Popular content creator Peller acquires N350m mansion in Lagos
Peller, a well-known TikTok sensation, has purchased a multimillion-naira Lagos house worth N350 million.
The opulent residence is situated on Chevron Drive in Lekki, the 20-year-old content producer disclosed during a live chat with fellow influencer Sandra Benede.
Sharing the news on his Instagram page, Peller wrote: “Look at me. God has been so good to me, and I’m so grateful to God and my fans all around the world. Congratulations to me. Finally got a place where I can be loud without landlord wahala.”
According to the TikTok star, he plans to formally move into the expansive home in October 2025. He conveyed his sincere gratitude to God and his followers for their steadfast support during his journey.
Clarifying how the property was financed, Peller noted that his earnings from TikTok were not solely responsible for the purchase. According to him, he also receives major financial aid from powerful people who desire to stay nameless.
“It’s a big place, and I should be moving in around October. People shouldn’t think it’s just TikTok money. I get deals on the low. Sometimes, wealthy people send me money and ask me not to mention their names. But once the house is fully set, I’ll reveal them,” he said during the live session.
