Nnaji Izuchukwu, also known as Stone, was a well-known socialite in Enugu. He organized a birthday celebration at a hotel in the Asata neighborhood of Enugu, but it ended in death.

According to reports, a misunderstanding among guests caused the celebration to descend into chaos, prompting the hotel management to summon the Anti-Cultism Section police.

Izuchukwu Nnaji, the celebrant, is said to have died from gunshot wounds he received during the subsequent police operation.

The shooting's precise circumstances were still unknown. However, it was reported that he and another person attempted to flee through a window during the confusion that followed the police raid before he was shot.

The Enugu State Police Command has ordered an investigation into the incident and confirmed the death. A comprehensive investigation into the death is ordered by Enugu police.
